Calculating rates

We are operating with two types of rates.

Hourly rates

When performing Hourly service we always calculate from the time our driver departs from garage and back. The numbers of billable hours that is shown in the estimate does not always reflect the exact billable amount.

To/from FBO or pick-up in connection with VIP service is always considered as "Hourly"

Transfer rates

Transfer is a special rate considering what the market expects on certain specific routes, normally from/to airports and on local transportation. The service is a non-stop service and the cost for extra stops on the way will be shown on the billable amount.

Waiting time - Airport Transfers

Airport transfers allows for reasonable waiting time for passport and baggage delay. Waiting time is calculated from Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) control and is normally 30 minutes. Extra waiting time will be charged in 15 minute intervals according to the rate of the vehicle ordered.

Waiting time - Non-airport transfers

Customers are permitted 5 minutes waiting time after the scheduled pick-up time. After that the customer will be charged extra. Waiting time will be charged in 15 minute intervals according to the rate of the vehicle ordered.

Rate estimate

Rates calculated prior to performed service are only an estimate of the cost of the services ordered. Wait time and/or additional services may change the final price.

Car safety

When travelling in Sweden all passengers are required by law to wear seatbelts. Wherever you are seated in a car; you have to wear your seatbelt. We may not transport more people in a car than the car has seats for. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that all passengers under 15 years of age have their seatbelts fastened.

Child safety

When travelling with children in Sweden you have to consider the following. By law, all children who are shorter than 135 centimeters shall use a special protective device, that is to say a baby car seat, child car seat, booster seat or booster cushion. Until a child is around four years old, he or she is safer travelling facing the rear.

At the time for making a reservation it is the customer’s responsibility to inform H1 Limousine about the length and weight of the child that are bound to use a child seat. H1 Limousine will need this information to ensure that we have the proper device for your children.

Providing protective devices for children is a part of H1 Limousine’s service agreement and is free of charge provided that we have the information at the time you make your reservation. Neglecting to provide H1 Limousine with this information could cause you trouble and in worst case the service is charged as a no-show service.
